Ocean View Estate Developers, Ltd., hereinafter called “OVED”, is the owner of this web site and Carutti Consulting, LLC, hereinafter called “CC”, is the web site developer and managing partner of Ocean View Estate Developers, Ltd.

The term ‘you’ and ‘your’ always refers to any visitor browsing our web site and/or using our email services.

OVED is the owner and/or authorized seller of property displayed and offered for sale on this web site. Any property owned by third parties, without OVED being an authorized sales agent, is displayed by and through mutual consent of its current owner and/or agent. Inquiries for third party property will be forwarded directly to its owner and/or agent and you will be informed in written form submitted by email.
