The Hilltop Homes are being built on lots
372 and 373. Each of the lots will be sub-divided into two equal
parcels of 12,100 sqft. (1,125 m2) and conveyed to the buyer together
with the building.
If you intend to plan and build your home on your own ideas, lot 372
and/or lot 373 can be purchased without commitment to a building
contract.
Local contractors can build your home from
bottom to top according to your ideas.
